All orders are shipped through registered, recorded delivery and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.UK insured delivery usually takes 1-2 working days.
Europe and rest of the world priority insured delivery usually takes 5-7 working days to arrive.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT, for each order.
Shipments will be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and you will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. If you want to find out more about import charges, please contact your local customs office. Please note we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately,as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. On the occasion, we offer promotional free delivery; the flat rate of shipping will be subsidised, however the charge of duties and import taxes will not.
When you commission a bespoke piece, you will be the owner of a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery designed and handcrafted especially for you. The design period and meticulous making time will vary from piece to piece depending on the complexity of the design, rarity of the gemstones (to be sourced or provided by you, as you wish) and the craftsmanship involved. Akansha will be happy to discuss all details, process and expected delivery time with you until you are perfectly happy before the work commence. Our jewellery will arrive in our luxury custom-made branded purple suede boxes and a matching travel pouch. We use stiff and secure packaging to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. For the unfortunate case that your order arrives in a damaged state please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund unworn items within 7 days of delivery. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back.Please do contact us if you would like any information about a particular jewellery piece, whether it be further images, or if you would like to arrange an appointment at our studio.
